Aquacultured Neon Blue Cleaner Goby (Elacatinus oceanops)

Gobies are an excellent addition to reef aquariums as they have a small adult size and a lot of personality. The cultured Neon Blue Cleaner Gobies are very timid， hardy and will clean tank mates， which makes them a great addition to a reef aquarium. They can become territorial against other Neon Blues if the aquarium is not large enough so they should be the only goby unless they are a mated pair. This little guy has an adult size of about 2" and are a great addition to smaller aquariums. They have horizontal stripes of neon blue， white and black. In the wild， the Neon Blue Cleaners are found in the Western Central Atlantic hiding between coral heads up to 45 meters deep. In their natural habitat they will remove parasites from neighboring fish and this behavior can be seen in aquariums.
